Is not easy leading a team all by yourself. No one is ready to lead a team but one has to take a stand and lead. It could be anyone but I took that stand for the sake of our team. I'm not gonna sit by and rot without knowledge while others are 8 miles ahead of me. No........, I'm gonna keep up and move ahead with my team to achieve the best we can achieve.
